We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run the classes.

What we store

Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (if you give it), country and time zone, your bookings, and the payment receipts you upload.

Health information

Injuries or health notes are stored only if you tick the separate consent box. We use them only so Vida can adapt the class for you.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on a server in the European Union. We do not sell your data. We share it only with services needed to run the site: email, messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram) and, if you pay by card, Stripe.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (login, language, security). No tracking or advertising cookies.

Emails

We send you class messages. Marketing emails are sent only after you confirm by double opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to us on the contact page and we will answer within 30 days. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.
